Elementary Mandarin:
Target: This course is designed for students at a beginner level and focuses on pronunciation and exploring practical conversational language used in the business environment as well as day-to-day applications.
Learning objectives:

become familiar with Mandarin pronunciation and its pinyin rules
identify the basic sentence patterns and expressions in Mandarin
communicate with Mandarin people in daily social activities

Intermediate Mandarin
Target: This program is designed for students who have a solid grasp of Mandarin or those who are fluent in Cantonese but have limited Chinese reading ability and are looking to improve their skills through scenario-based practices. Further to this, students will learn how to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking individuals, both in day-to-day activities and in the business environment.
Learning objectives: upon course completion, students will:
further improve their pronunciation skill by reviewing phonetic symbols and differentiating the four tones
review basic sentence structures with a focus on practical application
extend their vocabulary and learn more about sentence structures
enhance fluency in conversation with native Mandarin speakers on a fair range of topics in daily social activities

Advanced Mandarin
Target: The course is designed for those who possess an intermediate level of Mandarin but want to further improve their communication skills to an advanced level, especially in the areas related to their business and profession. A comprehensive approach taken to ensure students become confident in their listening, oral, reading and writing skills.

Understand complex sentence structures and sophisticated Mandarin vocabulary for use in daily discussions
Improve fluency in conversation with native Mandarin speakers on a range of topics together with grasping important language patterns
